Mindely: AI is Revolutionizing the Recruitment Process

Mindely, an innovative startup, is transforming how interviews are conducted, effectively tackling the challenges of high volume high turnover white corporate jobs. As the first generative AI (GenAI) interviewer capable of handling business case and role-play interviews, Mindely is setting new standards in the recruitment industry.

What sets Mindely apart is its scalability. Before Mindely, AI in recruitment was mostly confined to screening interviews with preset questions. However, Mindely's founders --- Joseph Thalinjan, Alix Maurin, Sasha Collin, and Clément Nguyen --- saw an opportunity to create a more dynamic solution to address the need of advanced interview rounds.

Using Large Language Models technology, Mindely establishes a new benchmark for AI-driven interviews. It can reason, adapt its responses in real-time, and engage in natural, unscripted conversations. This capability addresses key challenges in recruitment, such as the limited availability of human interviewers and evaluation variability in interview quality.

Here's how Mindely is changing the recruitment landscape:

  • Streamlining the Interview Process: Mindely can handle the advanced rounds of interviews, reducing the burden on senior managers and above
  • Ensuring Fairness and Objectivity: Unlike traditional methods that might focus narrowly on specific skills, Mindely ensures a fair selection process by generating an unbiased profile of each candidate.

Mindely, available 24/7, was founded by 4 co-founders:

Mindely has already proven its value. Soon after its debut, a major consulting firm in Paris began testing the platform. Mindely's team is advanced talks with consulting firms in the U.S. and France, eager to leverage the platform's revolutionary capabilities.

The co-founders of Mindely remain committed to pushing boundaries. They continue to refine and expand the platform's capabilities and are exploring new applications for AI across various sectors, aiming to drive innovation and foster personal and professional growth in the tech world.
