Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about this topic hub.

What's the difference between UX and UI?

UI (user interface) is how a product looks — the visual and interactive elements. UX (user experience) is how it works and feels across the whole journey. Good UI serves good UX; you need both, but UX defines whether the product truly helps people.

Why does user research matter?

Because you are not your user. Research — interviews, usability tests, and observing real behavior — reveals what people actually need and where they struggle, so you build the right thing instead of guessing.
